What’s the hardest part of launching a product when you’re building it mostly on your own?

I’ve been building and preparing multiple products mostly on my own, and I’m learning that launching can be just as challenging as building. Between testing, marketing, pricing, finding early users, and deciding when the product is ready, there are a lot of moving parts. For other solo founders, what part of launching has been the most difficult, and what helped you get through it?

Jahrat, the part that gets hardest for me isn't any single step, marketing, pricing, finding users, it's that all of those compete for attention against whatever else already needs you that day. Building multiple products solo means launch day for one doesn't pause the fires already burning in the others. What kills momentum for me isn't a missing launch plan, it's not knowing which product actually needs me most on a given morning. I'm building something for exactly that problem, founders juggling more than one thing at once, happy to compare notes if useful. What's been the hardest moving part for you so far?
@stacywycof83995 Appreciate the question. I already have a planning system in place, and I’m not evaluating additional portfolio-management tools right now. Best of luck with FounderFlow.
