What's the biggest mistake you've made as a founder?

This sounds silly but when I launched my first startup 5 years ago, we didn't put in a vesting schedule 😅 Wanted to see what others have done but also things we know to avoid in the future!

Best
overestimated myself, underestimated everything else.
Not adequate marketing is one of the biggest mistake I have ever done
wow
just being the founder of 1 thing at a time, instead of multiple things ;)
the biggest mistake I made was the biggest lesson. That sounds nice, but I rather not have had this lesson 😅
co-founder problem and not focusing on building a community pre launch
not launching my product out of fear that it would be stolen than launching it and having it not stolen but instead fail epicly 😥
When I was a founder, I focused too much on technical solution and building stuff without putting effort on marketing or customer research. I don’t have that startup anymore 🙂
Aw that's sad to hear but yeah marketing and customer research is super important!
Spending too much time raising money and not enough on actually running the business.
