What's the best gift for a friend who recently launched a startup?

I have already subscribed, am a paid customer, heavy promoted the start-up in peer groups, referred couple of paid customers. So, besides these what do I give him? Any ideas and suggestions are welcome. Budget - under $100

First, I want to say I admired your support for your friend, the world wants more friends like you! I can't say exactly because people's interests are vastly different and you might know the best. But I would say in my case, if your friend likes to work out (or even has a slight interest like me) and works from home. I would love to get something that I can exercise in my house to keep my mind fresh.
thanks for the appreciation and a great suggestion. I strongly feel that friends are the best cheerleaders that any founder should have - more often than not, it is a lonely journey.

I guess it can be something personalized. Everyone has things they like.
Does he have a hobby or habit? It can be something he likes or can use daily. For instance, if he smokes, you can choose a good cigarette holder (I know that this site offers a wide choice of them) or a lighter. It is always possible to find such things to meet your budget.
