What made you switch away from Kanban boards?

I relied on Trello for years to manage my daily tasks.

At some point, keeping the boards updated started feeling like a full-time job. I was constantly tweaking labels sorting lists and dragging cards instead of focusing on actual work.

Eventually, I gave up on complex boards completely.

Curious to know did you migrate to a different tool or did you go back to something simple like plain text notes?
