Oh, that's awesome! Although I work at a startup, I do have leaders I should answer to. It's cool though, because I learn a lot! Being your own boss should be fulfilling in a whole new different way! can't even imagine!!
I believe having leads who trusts your capability and celebrates your individual achievement is something a blessing itself.

The excitement of taking on risk and seeing where it takes you. Being able to make quick decisions without a hierarchy of managers.
I love that you get to think like an entrepreneur when working at a startup. It can be a great learning experience too if you want to start your own company some day.
