What are your go-to products and/or methodologies for tracking growth experiments?

For small-scale or budget-conscious teams, something as simple as Airtable or Notion can do the trick. More sophisticated experimentation programs may require something like Growth Hackers or Effective Experiments. Ultimately, I think it depends on the budget and how advanced the experimentation program is.
