I think right timing is everything! It can make or break a deal. Till the time is right you gotta have the patience!
Absolutely! I've heard of some deals taking too long so parties back out of the deal. Timing is important.
The number of times you're going to be said "No" to far exceeds the times you'll hear "Yes! We would love to give you money!". I haven't ever done fundraising myself, but our founder once told me that is a very challenging part.
