Would be great if more tech companies gave ex-founders a shot! They bring unique perspective from having been in the trenches. The big challenge is finding roles that align with their skills while giving them enough autonomy. But for the right fit, former founders can be real assets, thinking holistically about the business.

Why do you think they specifically want to hire former founders? (just curious)
