Solo founders, what is the one boring task you finally automated and wish you had done sooner?

Everyone talks about automating the FANCY stuff, but the thing that actually gave me hours back was automating my weekly metrics screenshot for investors. Ten minutes every Monday, gone forever, took me a year to bother setting it up.
Not looking for tool promos, more curious about the task itself. What was your "why did I do this manually for so long" moment?

Mine was cross-referencing which of my businesses was actually profitable each month. For years I just eyeballed bank balances and had a vague feeling, no real number I trusted. Once I automated pulling actual numbers per business into one place, it removed this constant background anxiety of not knowing if I was already in trouble somewhere. Took me embarrassingly long to admit a once-a-month spreadsheet glance wasn't the same as a real answer. What finally made you bite the bullet on the investor screenshot after a year of avoiding it?
@stacywycof83995 Honestly, the friction of almost forgetting two Mondays in a row! I realized I was spending more time dreading the manual process than it actually took to automate it. Appreciate you sharing that having a clear financial picture across projects is huge for peace of mind.
