SaaS UI Trends: Are we moving away from ultra-minimalism?

I’ve been reviewing several SaaS apps recently and noticed an interesting trend. Over the past few years, ultra-minimalist UIs with empty white spaces were dominant. However, newer products seem to be bringing back data-dense dashboards with instant analytics and quick-action toggles right on the main screen.

As makers and builders, do you think users are getting tired of searching through sub-menus for basic features, or is minimal still the way to go for better conversion? Would love to hear your thoughts or recent experiences!
