One thing I learned after building a WooCommerce plugin

Over the last year, I've been building a WooCommerce plugin and expected the biggest challenge to be writing the code.

I was completely wrong.

The hardest part wasn't PHP, React, or WooCommerce compatibility.

It was figuring out which features people actually needed—and which ones they ignored.

We ended up removing or redesigning several ideas simply because real users didn't find them valuable.

That experience changed how I think about product development.
