Launching on Product Hunt in 3 days. What do you wish you had done differently before your launch?

I'm preparing for my first Product Hunt launch this Monday.
For those who've launched before: looking back, what's one thing you wish you had done differently in the final few days before launch? Could be positioning, launch page, community engagement, distribution, timing, or something completely unexpected.
Would love to learn from your mistakes before I make my own :)

I'm launching today, so this is live rather than hindsight.
The mistake I would undo: I spent two weeks on the page and almost no time on the people.
With your three days, write down actual names. Not a follower count. People who will open a message from you. Then message them Sunday, not Monday, because on Monday they are at work.
One thing nobody warns you about: the hour you go live, the emails start. People selling upvote packages, LinkedIn pages offering promotion for eighty dollars. Ignore all of it.

I launched twelve days ago and my regret is the page, not the plan. People asked me two questions in my pre-launch thread and I answered them in comments instead of putting them on the site, so I spent launch day typing the same two answers over again. Whatever gets asked this week, put it on the page before Monday.
