Is niche quality more important than quantity?

Is niche quality more important than quantity? Building 10 features for everyone feels weak, but building 1-2 features really well for one niche feels strong. We chose to focus only on agency onboarding instead of a generic tool for everyone. What do you think - have you seen niche products win over all-in-one tools?
