I have a big monitor and sharing it on calls makes everything unreadably tiny, fixes?

Anyone else deal with this? I work on a big external monitor, and every time I present, people are squinting at a shrunk down version of my screen going "can you zoom in?" The bigger your monitor, the tinier everything gets on their end. It drives me nuts. And on top of that these call apps like Teams, only allow you to share one window at a time. There are comparative solutions like PrivacyStage, BetterStage, etc., but anyone else able to find any better way to solve this?
