How to break down AI product adoption barriers?

I'm currently working on building my first AI product (coming soon!), and I wanted to share some thoughts on the adoption challenges I anticipate.
As the launch date approaches, this topic is becoming a priority. My early excitement was all about the tech (naturally!), but after talking to potential users, I've realized that many are skeptical about using AI tools.
I've heard concerns like: "Will this make decisions for me?" "Is this going to be difficult to use?" "Am I just training your AI with my data?"
I thought building an awesome AI product was the hard part... turns out, convincing people to use it is an even bigger challenge!
After some discussions with potential users, it appears that it is critical to emphasize that AI is a support to humans, not a replacement. When I shifted from "AI that works for you" to "AI that provides you with options you can approve" in user testing, the reaction was completely different.
Some practical strategies that seem promising:
• Human control by design - keep the user in control and able to instantly edit/correct the output of AI
• Clear and simple purpose - easy to understand explanations build trust
• Gradual integration curve - let the user choose to use AI at their own pace
• Focus on problems solved - people say nobody cares about the tech, the majority care about the value the product brings them
I keep hearing common concerns about loss of control, impersonality, complexity, and privacy. Working on design choices rather than multiple marketing presentations seems to be a good approach.
