How do you build an audience before launch when you have a pipeline of products?
Hey PH Community!
My team and I are in an exciting position—we’ve built a pipeline of multiple products that we plan to roll out one by one over the coming months.
Before we start launching them officially, our goal is to build a solid base of early followers, waitlists, and subscribers for each product so we can hit the ground running on day one.
For those who have successfully launched multiple products or built strong pre-launch momentum:
Teasers & Pre-launching: What strategies actually work best to convert PH community interest into real waitlist signups before the official launch day?
Audience Retention: How do you keep early subscribers engaged if the product is still a few weeks away from launch?
Teaser Pages: Do you rely mostly on Product Hunt teaser/product pages, or do you drive everything to a custom landing page first?
Would love to hear lessons learned, what worked (or didn't work) for your team!

What's worked for us: weekly "here's what we learned this week" posts beat countdown/teaser pages by a lot. Replies lead, signups lag, so we check reply rate more than list size. Curious if you're running one combined audience across the pipeline or building separate lists per product from day one.
