curious how others handle this.

when you are building solo or in a tiny team, every feature feels like your baby. you spend days tweaking an edge case or adding a cool little toggle beacuse you think it's neat.

then you launch, and crickets. nobody touches it.

lately, i have been trying to force myself to look at user data and ask- am i building this because it actually solves a problem or just because i enjoyed coding it?

I keep rewriting the same awkward email friendly at first, firmer two weeks later and I hate every minute of it.

The tools I've looked at want me to move my books into Xero or QuickBooks first, which is a much bigger change than I'm willing to make for this.

Curious how others handle it: do you chase manually, use a tool, or just let smaller invoices slide? And does what you do actually work?

Whenever I travel abroad, I can usually get by with English.

In the rare cases when I visit countries where very few people speak English, I can still manage with a translation app.
And now, AI can even translate conversations in real time.

I only learn foreign languages these days to fill my free time (if I have any left).
