I typically start by gathering feedback through surveys and direct customer interviews, Deluar. Then, I analyze the data to identify recurring themes that point to their challenges and needs.
Spot on, great analyzing method!
Did you think about having a chat with them?
It could be very nice process!
I agree with Mathis!! Customer interviews are so important and the best source of getting feedback
Asking then in anyway possible explaining the better results they going to achieve by leaving us some feedback
It could be a great way to learn more about them.
I dive deep into customer feedback across various channels and look for patterns in their experiences to identify pain points. Then, I prioritize these issues based on their impact and frequency to ensure we address the most critical ones first.
You have great analysis skill <3
- Surveys - social media comments - review sites (Capterra, G2, Get app)
How do you run a survey?
Email survey, website surveys, and social media surveys. You can possibly run an SMS survey as well, but there are a couple rules and regulations surrounding SMS that you need to be aware of. The more personalized the message & strength of relationship = higher chance of survey completion.
Thanks for sharing!
Ask them? Look at reviews? Check complaint tickets? Or you going for how to categorize and prioritize pain points?
Awesome idea, in addition and I look at their reviews and based on some data, I try to think myself as a customer.
Get them on a call and ask them tirelessly
Cool idea, thanks for sharing <3
Talking to them and do the data analyze thing
I think so!
Surveys. Blatantly ask them. "what is pains or struggles have you experienced with...this problem, other solutions, etc." "what do you think would help you solve it" "have your tried this? did it work?" "have you tried other products/competitors? what was the result? what did you like or not like?"
How can I run a great survey?
Review customer support tickets and inquiries. Identify common issues and challenges that customers are facing.
Great idea!
