How are you making your demo videos right now?

I am working on this at the moment, and demo videos feel like one of those startup tasks that hide a surprising amount of work.

You need to decide the screen flow, the script, the voiceover, the editing style, how polished it should be, and how much time is reasonable to spend before it becomes a distraction.

For early-stage products, I am curious what people are actually doing in practice.

Are you recording quick walkthroughs yourself with tools like Loom or Screen Studio, using AI video tools, getting outside help, or just shipping rough demos and improving them later?

I am using claude design completely right now and its great, but I am still figuring out the workflow.

What does your current process look like, and which part feels most painful?
