Have you read Blue Ocean Strategy?

I just picked up Blue Ocean Strategy - Book by Renée Mauborgne and W. Chan Kim, and I'm curious—have you read it? If you have, would you say it's a must-read for entrepreneurs? How did it shape your business strategies, mindset, or even other aspects of your work/life? P.S. I'm diving into it regardless of the reviews :), but I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences with it!
