Does traditional funnel attribution cut it in 2025?

Last week we started running Meta ads at Conduit.
The funnel is: Facebook → Perspective click funnel → Conduit AI, where our voice AI calls every lead. The calls have two purposes 1) book demos 2) ask and understand why they clicked on that particular ad.
That second part feels underrated. Voice AI means you can actually talk to every lead, not just push them through a form. Instead of getting boolean-level feedback (booked: yes/no), you get semantic feedback on the ads and funnels you're putting out.
Feels like this is what lead gen should look like by default.
