Mostly remote however on a few occasions like when it comes to recruiting an individual, an in person meeting at the office makes more sense because remote meetings take away the ability to read non-verbal cues.
Perhaps, on our part we need to reframe the conversation and concentrate on what we’re actually trying to accomplish rather than where, precisely, we’ll be sitting when we accomplish it.
Of course, this is today’s scenario. The rise of Metaverse might just change things beyond our wildest expectations.
@dsarkar totally, I feel especially with the current period that we are more and more inclined to do hybrid work, one part of the time teleworking and the other in the office, depending on the missions to be carried out

I think WFH has made us lazy and the productivity of the work goes down, depending on the location your WFH office is located.
@sheelpatel024 Personnally the WFH make me more productive when I work on my mission because other people will bother me when they really need it vs at the office when the simplicity is coming to see me rather than looking for an answer
definitely remote meetings, it saves me a lot of time and we could really cut down the length of meetings. But a meeting in person every once in a while is very beneficial and fun sometimes.
@moritz_kaiser Why do you think that save your time ? Maybe you can be more focus on your task without being disturbed? And I agree, seeing people from time to time feels good too!
@enola_vedovotto Well for one point we were able to shorten actual meeting time, also you can just leave a meeting when it doesn't bring you any value without disrupting the speaker like you would if everyone was sitting in a conference room. Sometimes I can also do some tasks in the background while listening to my colleagues. But that is just regarding work. To stay excited about it it helps to drink a coffee together every now and then.
The answer kinda depends, but as far my opinion, people in office meetings are more interactive, engaged, and kinda try to give their best in office meetings.
Also, there are many Pros of online meetings. But in online video conferencing some people takes it very lightly. and just join to be the part of meeting, that's soo wired, and sometimes connection issues kills.
Finally, online meetings can never Replace office meetings.
@kumar_sons_off I think virtual meetings can really save time.
We are certainly free to work from home, but it is not for everyone, and people who have the opportunity to work from home have to play the game.

@enola_vedovotto That's certainly true.....I agreed that online meetings save time, but also it's not for everyone!
Yes because you can eat, walk yawn(sometimes sleep), dance in the middle of the meeting and without anyone seeing/judging you 😂😂😅. Also there are less conflicts. Which one do you prefer?
@saksham_pathak Aha yes ! And of course wearing pajama pants or jogging! 😂😂 I prefer the hybrid, part of the week teleworking so I can more easily manage my missions without being too disturbed and be more flexible on my schedule.
And be in the office to manage common tasks and see my colleagues!

I find that video meetings are more efficient, most of the time. We keep them as short as possible with a focus on the most important points. Especially weekly meetings. For major strategic and team decisions, office meetings are important and more convenient, due to energy between people in live, but they can be also done in remote without a problem.
I try to avoid meetings all together - but when I have them, if they are introduction meetings, remote works for me. But for strategy and brainstorming sessions, nothing can beat in person. So, all in all - hybrid.
