Yes, if it's during weekend. I need my phone a lot during weekdays for most of the stuff I need to do.

Yes, on weekends or holidays, I will turn on the phone as loud as possible to make sure I can hear the call and avoid emergencies. Then I will enjoy my own time.

Occasionally, on a weekend/during a break from work, yes. In fact I did it at least once a year when we went for our year-end break to a coffee plantation where we had no network...family and work had their landline number for emergencies, but for the 48-72 hours on the plantation, it was a no-phone life!
