AMA: I made $1200 from my first ebook helping people build profitable side projects

I have made profitable SaaS earlier, profitable newsletter and community too. This is my first time doing around an Ebook - The book is primarily for people to help build profitable side projects. I picked Notion by choice as this will more of a living document than a stale Ebook. There are some big content updates planned. Happy to answer anything. It's not traditional book though. It's a book with exact notes without any fluff. It covers below topics: - SaaS is not the only option to generate revenue/recurring revenue - How to launch on PH, Betalist and experiment faster - Where to find users - How to find some good ideas - List of places to post about your product - Marketing & Growth - Dev founder vs Non-Tech founders - and a lot of other topics too (roughly close to 200 varied questions)

As a founder, how do you know it's time to give up, accept failure and move on, versus staying persistent and not quitting?
Experiment as much as you can and go by data. We shouldn't be assuming things. 'Not quitting' isn't right always. If the data shows something isn't working - either see a way to fix it or be prepared to quit. When something fails, sunk cost won't let you leave a project. Sometimes we need to let somethings go off. 'Start small but Think Big' is what I believe in. When starting something new, think what could be the maximum impact/reach it could have and then start experimenting in small steps. In this case, the Ebook is the base version and the bigger plan is building a bigger ecosystem for subscribers, bring a small community together for all subscribers and build a small Founder Fund from the ebook sales (and there is more story to it). But this is what I believe in - 'Start small but Think Big'

Thankyou!! I haven't done a much of 'launching' for this Ebook yet. Just made a few Tweets and a couple of posts on IH. Also, linked it from since last week. On the Indie journey, I have been building multiple products for the last 2 years. I have built profitable SaaS, profitable Newsletter and community, and now working on this ebook.
