Use great noise cancelling headphones or headset. 👍
but noise canceling headsets dont' cancel the noise paasing through your mic. it is basically just blocking noise for you.
Give them incentives to stay quiet during your conference calls and also get noice-cancelling headsets with noice-cancelling mic as well, and just give them reasons to stay busy throughout the day. Homework, games, chores, etc As for time management, try the Pomodoro method
