This is truely awesome! I'm always looking for better ways to manage client comms and stock, and centralizing everything sounds like a lifesaver. The SMS notifications in one click — that's a game changer, ngl. So many creators I know are drowning in admin. How customizable are the notifications, though? Could I, for example, add a personalized closing message?
