Spent way too long writing cold messages at my last role. Figured there had to be a smarter way so started building. First version was just me manually pulling prospect info and dumping it into a prompt. Output was okay but the research part was still eating time. Brought in Serper for web search and Apify for LinkedIn activity. Posts, comments, reposts, that full picture is what makes the personalisation actually land. Feed that context into the model and you get messages that feel written for that specific person. Built three output angles because I kept switching approaches depending on the prospect. Observation-led, Problem-led, Value-led. Felt right to just give all three and let the user pick. Stack is Next.js, Gemini and Grok on the generation side, Clerk for auth.
