I started with a simple question: could I help someone in my neighborhood? I looked around and saw the answer was already happening — just scattered across dozens of Facebook groups where people post "need help moving Saturday" or "looking for someone to mow my lawn." It worked, but barely. Posts get buried, you're negotiating in DMs, no ratings, no structure.So I built FUSH to take what was already working and put it in one place — with a map, profiles, ratings, and zero commission. Cash payment in person, like it always was. Just better organized.Building solo while juggling everything else meant this took months longer than I'd like to admit. Every feature was a tradeoff: ship something simple now, or wait another two weeks for the "right" version. I shipped simple. I'd rather have real users telling me what's broken than a perfect app no one uses.Still very early. Feedback genuinely welcome — especially the harsh kind.
