MCP is brand-new tech! A lot depends on which provider you choose if you connect your own MCP servers. We’ve built in the option to add instructions for each MCP—so be sure to use them for best results! 💪

Congrats on launching again 🎈 wondering how do I make sure AI doesn’t respond with outdated info? For example, our docs get updated constantly. How do I stop the agent from quoting last quarter’s policy?

   Great Q! You can force it to pull fresh data (from files or pages) before answering, or sync it on each event like uploads/edits.

 no worries, Sofia! You can set detailed permissions for each agent – controlling access to specific docs, folders, pages, or data sources. We support granular access management per role.

Thank you for the congratulations and for the interesting question. You can finely tune what the agent has access to—even down to a specific document. The agent won’t have access to any other data outside of what you permit. We’re also actively developing additional security features:

  1. You’ll be able to set exactly who has access to each agent, right down to individual members.

  2. You’ll be able to choose which tools the agent can access when integrating with MCP. For example, if you integrate with HubSpot, you can allow only data search and restrict actions like editing contacts.

 Nope! You can set up agents and workflows with no code. That said, devs can still connect custom APIs and extend behaviors.

Congrats! Is there a way to auto-log actions the agent performs? Like sending a summary to Slack if it completes a task?

 Absolutely. Every agent action can be tracked, and you can set up automated logs, notifications, or Slack updates as part of the workflow.

Thank you for the congratulations and a great question. We don’t have native messaging for completed actions in messengers yet (although this data is logged and we’ll soon make it possible to monitor). However, as an option, you can add a command in the prompt (or create a separate rule) to send a message to Slack when the action is completed (including specifying the channel ID). I think this approach should work.
