I'm super excited to bring Fundhomes to everyone on the platform - the last few months building Fundhomes has been quite a journey, and we've achieved our SEC Qualification to finally help everyone who wants to build wealth through Real Estate achieve that goal. Real Estate has always been one of the best ways to build wealth, yet over the last few years it has become inaccessible and hard to reach for many. Good question - this is a property by property financial decision so it can be up to you whether you choose to invest in properties with or without leverage!
