Hello everyone! 👋 I'm proud to announce Frost 5.0, a simple mood-inducing writing app that gets out of your way and lets you write without any distractions. This update FINALLY brings the power and beauty of the Frost web app to your desktops and iPhones :) The launch video summarizes the new features:

We've all had days when you need to write something down but can't get to the 'flow state' or be in an inspirational state of mind. Frost attempts to solve that by providing you with quick inspiration using a multitude of artworks and soundtrack options. The algorithm sets the background imagery and instrumental soundtrack according to a personalized selection of genres and scenes. The desktop app is a very personalized space for your writing, where you have a beautiful dashboard with all the ideas you jot down from your iPhone and the themes that Frost has to offer. Once you start writing Frost autosaves your writing in your cloud account that syncs across your iPhone, Mac, and iPad for free. You can also export the text from the desktop app in the form of .txt of .doc format. There's also a new 'Focus' section on the iOS app that contains personalized sounds that help you focus on the task at hand or just relax.
