Congrats on the the Front 2.0 launch ! 🚀 My co-founder and I have been interested in building a community for users of our product. However, managing engagement and moderation seems time-consuming and difficult, given our limited bandwidth. A couple of questions: 1. Are there plans to incorporate AI-driven features to facilitate engagement and community moderation? 2. One of my biggest obstacles in joining a new community or forum is creating an account and learning how to use another product, compared to joining Slack, Reddit, etc. How do you envision overcoming this potential friction? Best of luck with the venture!
Hey Maria! We are working on some AI powered features right now that help community leaders build engagement, so stay tuned. We've tried to make the product even simpler to use and pickup as Slack / Reddit / Discord, but if we're always looking for ways to improve if you've got any feedback!
