Just launched my first real SaaS product after months of building solo: a simple, affordable logistics dashboard made specifically for small businesses.
Most SMEs are still tracking shipments with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, emails, PDFs from DHL/Maersk, etc.; and it’s causing real pain: missed deliveries, storage penalties, angry customers, cash tied up in overstock or stockouts.
So I built this:
- One clean dashboard to see all shipments in real time (API pulls from major carriers + manual entry)
- Basic route optimization
- Simple inventory tracking with reorder alerts
- Lightweight analytics
- Mobile-friendly, under 10 min onboarding, starts at couple of bucks
It’s currently an MVP built 100%. Bootstrapped, and very much still in early days.

I’d genuinely love your honest feedback — especially if you’ve ever dealt with logistics chaos yourself or work with businesses in these markets.
Things I’m most curious about right now:
1. Does the problem feel real / painful enough from your perspective?
2. What’s missing or feels off in the current version?
3. Pricing — does $19/month feel reasonable for small teams in those regions?
4. Any red flags, confusing parts, or “why would anyone pay for this?” thoughts?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts, feedback, or war stories 🙏
Greetings
