Fresh Start Careers - 340+ employers who hire formerly incarcerated

Hi everyone 👋 One of my good friends was a formerly incarcerated individual and he was telling me how hard it was for him to re-enter the workforce. There are over 70 million individuals in the USA with criminal records. All of them face the same kind of struggles when going through the job search process. I week a week building this tool in the hopes that it would help at least a few people out.
