I had one problem while I doing a workout. Everytime I forgot what how much bench press I did. Have I did it using Dumbells or Rod or in Machine, how many reps we did each set and is it easy or hard. I have no idea when to increase weight so there is no track the lift I did. Imagine if we do 20+ variations for different muscles in a week. We usually forgot to track. I tried many apps in playstore but almost all of them are too much complicated. Required premium, provided unnecessery features. So I decided to create a small, simple app just to track my progress and put it in online so others can use.
