lets talk here about what is happening in the resume writing end of things versus ATS systems that sort and filter applicants by resume.
While I am all for work smarter not harder, ATS seems to filter out decent candidates before a human ever reads their resume. This to me does not seem fair at all. Just because a person is not a great creative writer doesnot mean they should be bypassed automatically for a job interview.
That being said, lots of people are now turning to A.I. to write their resumes. Consequently businesses are now filtering for A.I. generated resumes and trash canning those as well. What is the solution then?!!
