Every tourist has done it: you need cash, you find the nearest ATM, and only after withdrawing do you see the fee notice. €4.50 gone. FreeATM shows only ATMs that won't charge you. Open the map, see the green pins, and walk to the nearest one. Works in London, Lisbon, Barcelona, Berlin, Porto, and more cities added regularly. Add it to your home screen — works offline when you're roaming. Anyone can report a new free ATM or flag one that started charging.

Hey PH 👋, I built this after noticing that Google Maps shows you every ATM but gives you no idea which ones will charge you. Euronet machines are everywhere in tourist areas and charge up to €5, right next to a free bank ATM you didn't know about. The map uses OpenStreetMap data combined with operator rules (e.g. in the UK, Barclays/HSBC/Lloyds = free; Cardtronics/NoteMachine = fee) and crowd-reported confirmations. It's a PWA, add to home screen, works offline. Would love feedback on cities you travel to that aren't covered yet. Happy to answer any questions!

@poroto20 Upvoted. This is the kind of practical product people appreciate the moment they need it. I’ve definitely been caught paying unnecessary ATM fees while traveling, so this solves a very real frustration. Nicely done.
