FrameReady Camera - Frame videos before you edit

by
Most video apps help after you record. FrameReady Camera helps before. It’s an iPhone camera for creators with safe-zone guides, Face Assist and a simple teleprompter, so your face, captions, CTA and script are checked before the edit starts.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built FrameReady Camera because I kept running into a simple but frustrating creator problem: You record a clip, open it in your editor, add captions or crop it for short-form video, and only then notice that something important is in the wrong place. Your face is too low. Captions cover the product. The CTA sits too close to the bottom. Or the script was fine, but the framing was not. FrameReady is my attempt to fix that before recording. It’s an iPhone camera with safe-zone guides, Face Assist and a simple teleprompter, built for talking-head clips, reels, shorts, tutorials and product demos. It does not try to replace your editor. It helps you record a cleaner take before the edit starts. I’d love honest feedback from creators, marketers and indie makers: Would you use a tool like this before recording? Is “frame before you edit” clear enough? What would make this more useful for your workflow? Thanks for checking it out 🙏
