Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Basri, the maker behind FPVibe. Thanks for stopping by. Quick story on why this exists: I fly FPV. Freestyle mostly, some cinematic. And for years the same thing kept happening — I'd land an insane session at a spot I'd never flown before, come home, and have nowhere to put the footage that actually *fit*. YouTube is for long edits. Instagram compresses the bitrate into mush and its algorithm doesn't know the difference between a power loop and a latte. TikTok is for everyone but us. Discord is where we talk but not where we post. Facebook groups are still the default for finding local pilots, and you know how that goes in 2026. Meanwhile, the community itself is one of the most tight-knit and generous I've ever been part of. Random strangers lend you a VTX at meetups. People drive two hours to fly a new spot together. Builders help newcomers tune their quads over voice chat. It deserved its own home. So I built FPVibe. It's three things stitched into one app: 1. A reel-style feed built for FPV. Racing, freestyle, cinematic — your footage where it belongs, with pilots who get it. No algorithm guessing. Follow the pilots you actually want to watch. 2. Spots + events on a map. Find bandos, parks, and race tracks near you, filtered by type. See which meetups and local races are happening this weekend. RSVP, chat, show up, fly. 3. A pilot profile that's actually yours. Your builds, your spots, your reel library, your crew. One link to share. Tech: native iOS (Swift), Supabase backend. Just 1 person (mostly) + a lot of coffee + community feedback loops for the last ~10 months. What I'd love from you today: — If you fly FPV: download, post your first reel, and tell me what's broken. Bugs in public. That's how we make this better. — If you don't fly: take a peek at the feed. The cinematography in this sport is genuinely wild and I'm hoping FPVibe makes it easier for non-pilots to fall in love with it too. — Feature requests: drop them in the comments. Android is already on the roadmap (next priority). Desktop web viewer is on the table for later. A massive thank you to every pilot who beta-tested, complained, filed bugs, and kept me honest. This launch is yours as much as it is mine. Let's rip. 🛸 — Basri
