Your website logs every click. Why doesn't it log every conversation?
Hey PH ๐
Quick context for those who haven't met @Foyer yet: we built it because we ran into our own problem at @ReachLLM. We were getting AI traffic, but visitors were landing, scrolling, and leaving without converting. The website was mute.
So we built @Foyer. One line of code. Your site becomes a sales executive that speaks to visitors, navigates them through your product, and closes the deal. Not a chatbot. A closer.
But here's the thing nobody tells you when you put a voice agent on your site: you suddenly have a flood of real, qualitative conversations happening, and no way to actually see them.
That's what we shipped this week.
Every Foyer conversation now comes with:
An auto-generated summary (what the visitor actually wanted)
The full audio recording (their tone, hesitation, objections)
A searchable transcript (find every time someone asked about pricing)
An email notification when leads are captured

The reason this matters: the conversations on your site are the most honest customer research you can get. Your visitors aren't filling out surveys; they're literally telling your agent what's stopping them from buying. That's gold for product, marketing, and sales.
A few of our own examples this week:
A visitor asked about a feature we don't have yet; we shipped it 48 hours later
Multiple people kept asking about pricing in a way that told us our pricing page wasn't doing its job
One visitor literally said, "I would buy this if it did X", and X is now in the roadmap
The last few weeks we've also shipped 30 languages (auto-detects), per-agent analytics (country, device, returning visitors, bot detection), and visitor memory.
If you've been on the fence about adding a sales agent, this is the version to try. tryfoyer.ai, free to get started.
And if you want me to walk you through it live, grab 15 mins: cal.com/sohazur/meeting
Curious what conversations are already happening on your site without you knowing? ๐
Best,
Sohazur

The part about shipping a requested feature with 48 hrs stood out. Fast feedback cycles can really shape product direction early on.
@oliver_nathan2ย Iโd trust that data more than most survey responses because people speak more honestly in conversation.
ย @nitesh_kumar98ย I really like the idea of treating website conversations as customer research instead of just support interactions.
@nitesh_kumar98ย @malani_willaย The line about โyour website was muteโ gniuiuly hits . I think a lot of startups have traffic problems that are actually communication problems, and they donโt realize it until they hear real visitor conversations.

Cool service. I tried talking to the agent on your website and noticed a voice duplication issue. There was no queue, but the agent showed 3 messages in the chat and started voicing them at the same time, so the voices overlapped.
Iโd still love to recommend you to friends though, itโs a really interesting use case. (Russian language)
