Lately I ve noticed I spend way too much time thinking instead of deciding.

Even small decisions feel heavy:

• Should I focus on growth or revenue?

I was reflecting on some past decisions and realized I still think about a few what ifs .

Not necessarily mistakes, but decisions I m unsure about.

Recently I started logging my decisions with:

• what I chose

• why I chose it

• what I expect to happen

It made me realize patterns in how I think (and where I go wrong).
