Fort - Fort tracks strength for people who care about longevity.

by
Fort is a wearable that tracks strength training for people who care about longevity. Other wearables make you manually log every rep, set, and exercise, then provide unhelpful feedback or underestimate strength-related fatigue. We use heart rate and motion data to track your strength workouts for you, then provide thoughtful, actionable feedback that helps you achieve your goals.

Strength training is gaining traction in both the longevity community and academia, where growing evidence links muscle mass and strength to lower all-cause mortality — yet existing wearables are failing to deliver a seamless strength tracking experience. Ultimately our goal with this project is to make a lot of people more inspired to strength train.

Love that you're tackling automatic rep detection - manual logging is where every fitness habit goes to die.
Curious: how does Fort handle supersets or circuit training where rest periods are minimal? Congrats on the launch!
