What makes deployment still painful for developers?

I’m building Forgeon.io, a developer-first platform to help builders deploy apps without wrestling with VPS setup, SSL, domains, logs, containers, and scaling.

I’d love to hear from developers, indie hackers, students, agencies, and solo founders:

What part of deployment still feels annoying, confusing, or too slow for you?

Is it server setup? Docker? domains? SSL? logs? pricing? scaling? environment variables? CI/CD?

I’m asking because Forgeon’s goal is simple: make production feel less intimidating and help developers go from code to live app faster.
