Hit the ground running with Forest, the back office solution that helps companies execute fast and at scale, with no time wasted on internal tools developed in-house.
Love the idea of Forest. Building admin dashboards is a pain point for sure! I can see the value here for non-technical founders and support staff to interact with data without having to rely on devs.
It's come along way since I tried it out earlier this year—@seyz_ and the team are doing an awesome job.
@kris_shkodrani Happy to hear that Kris! Don’t hesitate to hit us up if you have any question or anything 😊. I was exactly in your shoes one year ago when I set on building Forest, fed up with the existing gems and convinced that there could be something more

Admin Interface as a Service? Interesting. Waiting for meteor support! :)
@benjam1n Exactly, AIaaS or AaaS even (our personal preference)! Meteor just bumped one spot on the « frameworks to support » list. Alpha version is currently being tested. We will send you an email as soon as the rough edges are dealt with.
@laur3ntk Thanks Laurent, we really try to make the interface as intuitive and beautiful as possible. Glad you like it! And there’s more to come, we’ve got lots of ideas to make your admin shine

We had a chance to test drive Forest and we simply love it's UI. Highly recommended!
We've been lucky to be amongst the first testers at Vyte and Sandro has been really helpful. Forest has the potential to become the "no-brainer" admin interface for start-ups.
@saintmac Thanks for the kind words Martin! Happy to count Vyte among our most fervent testers, despite the bugs of the early days 😉

@seyz_ Beautiful UI! Can Forest administer external databases, or does all data need to be transferred to your servers? For example, my app currently uses a postgres database hosted on Heroku and I'd like to keep it there - can Forest manipulate that database?

@jarrodzimm@seyz_ Pretty sure Sandro said the data never lives on their server – it's only a middle man.

@joe_legnd@seyz_ Thanks, Joe. I was having trouble confirming that.
@jarrodzimm@joe_legnd That’s exactly what we’re doing, thanks Joe for clearing that up for us 🙂 Our Live Demo itself is actually hosted on Heroku (you can have a look at the code if you fancy, it’s on our GitHub organisation’s page)

@seyz_ Fantastic! Do you have a list of integrations besides Intercom and Stripe? I see some additional companies on your homepage. Any plans for a Campaign Monitor integration?
