Hi! I've been building cap tables in spreadsheets for years, and wanted to build a web-based tool to allow people to easily model equity rounds, SAFEs, convertible notes, options, warrants, and much more, and track the changes in a cap table through each step to see the impact of the particulars of each instrument on ownership and dilution instantly. Looking forward to see people use it!

Downloaded the template over the weekend and was impressed by how clean the assumptions tab is laid out, plus the built-in scenarios saved me a solid afternoon of tinkering in Excel.
