I’m building Folyo to make invoice management almost invisible

I’m Pol, the founder of Folyo.

I started building Folyo because I was tired of manually searching through emails, downloading invoices, checking which ones were missing and then organizing everything again every month.

The idea is simple: connect your inbox once, and Folyo does the repetitive work for you.

It can automatically find invoices and receipts in Gmail, Outlook and IMAP, download and organize documents, track expenses, detect duplicates, manage multiple businesses, analyze spending and let you work with everything through AI.

One thing I care a lot about is privacy. Email access is read-only, PDFs stay stored locally, and as much processing as possible happens on-device.

I’m currently preparing Folyo for launch and I’d love some early feedback.
