FollowUp - Never write a meeting follow-up email again

by
FollowUp detects when your Google Calendar meetings end, then turns the transcript into action items, decisions, and a drafted follow-up email, sent from your own Gmail once you approve it. Notion sync included on paid plans.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built FollowUp because I kept doing the same thing after every client call: retype the same notes into an email, half-remember who owed what, and send it a day later than I meant to. FollowUp connects to your Google Calendar, and when a meeting ends, it prompts you to paste the transcript or upload the recording. From there it pulls out the action items and decisions, drafts a follow-up email, and once you approve it sends it from your own Gmail, so it actually looks like it came from you, not a bot. It's currently manual on the input side (you paste/upload, nothing auto-joins your calls or auto-records), which was a deliberate choice: no bot in your meetings, no extra permissions beyond your calendar and outbound email. Free plan is 5 meetings/month with basic summaries. Paid plans add unlimited meetings, Notion sync, and (for teams) a shared dashboard. Would genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone doing a lot of client or stakeholder calls, that's exactly who I built this for.
