Hi Product Hunt! I'm a psychologist by background, not a professional developer. The idea for Focus Nest came from a simple observation: most focus and productivity apps measure time, but time alone doesn't tell us whether we were actually focused. I became interested in a different question: how often do we truly protect our attention from distractions?
