Flytrap is a replay tool that allows you to replay the bugs encountered by users in your own development environment. Unlike alternatives like Replay.io that require additional tooling to catch replays, Flytrap allows you to replay the bugs of ALL users.

Thank you! And thank you for the question, very important stuff. Our stance on privacy is that our customers know best what information can and should be made available in the replay data, but by default we set very reasonable standards of only collecting user ID information such as UUID / email & hardcoded values (think a dropdown choice etc). This has worked for us great so far!
