As a solo dev making app screenshots and demo videos is always the last thing that gets done. Does it work well for mobile apps or is it mostly built around web products?

This solves a real pain point. I'm a solo dev preparing for my own PH launch and the demo video is the one thing I keep putting off because I don't have video editing skills. I come from industrial automation (PLCs, SCADA) — completely different world.
Does it work well for SaaS product demos specifically? Like screen recordings with narration and transitions? That would be a game changer for indie makers.
